This place is fairly clean, the room is neat, air-conditioned, and the bed is extremely comfy, the staff are all efficient and hospitable.

The breakfasts are great affordable and good with omelets and toasts, for example. Its location is comfortable and absolutely perfect adjacent to the restaurant for breakfast, the centre of attractions and Harare gardens. The staff are particularly helpful and attentive, everyone.

The breakfast was incredibly nice with plenty of delicious food on offer. the room was clean and we had an iron with ironing board and a flat screen TV. the hotel was in a very central setting accessible by taxi or public transport.

my recent stay in harare was made exceptional by crestas friendly staff, who were always willing to help and provide a great experience. the free upgrade to a spacious room on the 7th floor was a pleasant surprise, reducing noise and ensuring a comfortable stay. location and free parking were also a plus.
